Trough looking at above photos you can agree with me that indeed Crime is Evil. The incident took place recently at Morogoro where by a person whose name could not be obtained was accused for Kidnapping and Abducting Children got more than any thief could wish for, the bad thing is that no cops where near to save the day for him.
